An Exclusive Buyer's Agent Negotiates with the Seller and Seller's Agent on behalf of the Buyer. Is legally obligated to negotiate the best price and terms for the Buyer. Is loyal only to the Buyer and never represents Sellers. Must keep Buyer's information (price range etc.) confidential Must fully disclose all material information about the home to the Buyer.
